SUM CHAIN

The ledger everything settles on.

A Layer 1 written entirely in Rust. Storage payments, inference rewards, credentials and our own cap table all resolve here, against one public endpoint anyone can query.

THE DESIGN

No inflation, ever.

There's no mining, no block reward and no emission schedule. Validators are paid from transaction fees, and the supply that exists today is the supply that exists in twenty years.

That's a deliberate constraint. A network whose economics depend on printing more of itself isn't infrastructure, it's a subsidy with an expiry date.

CONTRACTS

Symvasi, its own contract language.

The chain has its own contract language, with type checking and static analysis built into the compiler. Version 0.1 compiles to an intermediate form today; WebAssembly output is the next phase.

SUM Chain: one public record SUM Chain is one public record: a chain of finalized blocks, with a new block joining every 3 seconds. FINAL 3S New block ONE PUBLIC RECORD · A BLOCK EVERY 3S

THE DETAIL

Consensus Validator quorum. No admin key and no single signer. A record is written down only when independent validators agree, so nobody at SUM can change or undo it alone.
Token Koppa, nine decimals, 1,000 base unit minimum fee.
Standards SRC-20 for tokens, SRC-83X for equity with contract-level transfer controls.
Tooling JSON-RPC verified against mainnet, TypeScript SDK on npm, CLI wallet, public explorer.
